Point of contact

After the client engages Wruksham to fulfill a resource requirement. Team leader will appoint the particular Industry specialized consultant as single point of contact for the particular assignment. And also appoint a secondary point of contact, who the client may reach incase the SPC is unavailable for any reason. Wruksham will request the Client to appoint a Client Contact who will be the Single Point of Contact for the particular assignment.

Once the client confirms its intention to co ordinate with the SPC, the Team Leader quickly reviews consultants load balance and depending on the available capacity the work will be assigned.

Client detail

Our Team leader will prepare the details about the client company, product /Service ranges, industry scenario, company hierarchy, Culture, structure, and why the requirement of position has raised, which would be shared with the identified professionals.

Position Detailing

Our Team Leader closely work with the client contact in understanding the position along with the Job specification and Candidate Specification on detailing of the roles, deliverables, key result areas, behavioral features, internal & external co-ordination, skills required, major responsibilities, Critical focus area, education, experience and other relevant specification. Our Team Leader will explain about the specification to the assigned consultant., and will prepare the target industries to source.

Generate Candidate List

Our consultant will identify a list of professionals according to the client specifications and also will put together other relevant professionals who could be evaluated for the position under consideration. The details will be collected in a document that would contain comprehensively the list of professionals who could be targeted for the position.

Candidate Assessment

Our consultant will commence its interactions with the professionals identified list. The objective of the interaction with the candidates is to know their intention to make a career move and the drive the professionals carry to be successful in the new career. The candidates’ successes / failures are evaluated against the industry wide / company performance, culture fit, matching the skills required and exception factors, are weeded out to bring out a fair assessment of the candidate and his abilities

Short List Presentation

Our team will prepare the final Short List of professionals who would be the most preferred candidates for the position. A personal profile of each of the short listed candidate will be prepared along with the tracker sheet of the Consultant in-charge. Our team leader will share this document to the client to initiate interviews. In case the client finds the short listed not to expectation, our team leader will be having the detailed discussion with the client on the specific position and the next set of profiles will be sending to short list.

Interview Coordination

The SPC will facilitate scheduling / conducting short listed candidate interviews with the client as required by the client. Our team will co ordinate with the client for compensation negotiation with the suitable candidate identified by the client. We provide any other assistance and support to client in preparing and sending out the offer to the selected candidate

Closure intimation

Once the candidate joins the client company, our team gets the confirmation of the closure from the Client as acceptance of closure
